INDIA PALE ALE | 6.8% ABV
A fruit forward American Wheat Ale aged on a generous amount of mango puree. Citra hops make this one a citrusy + tropical treat. Mangata is actually a Swedish word for the cool reflection the moon creates on water. Now, it’s our fancy way of saying this pairs perfectly with a summer day out on the lake.

Convenience is drinking beer and coffee at the same time. We brewed this stout with a ridiculous amount of espresso and cold press coffee, along with some lactose sugar, mounds of cocoa nibs and a pile of Madagascar vanilla beans. The end result is the perfect way to start or end the day.

​We brought some warm hawaiian vibes back to “Minnesnowta” with this one! MN Aloha is a smoothie sour brewed with lactose sugar, passion fruit, orange, guava and plenty of coconut to create a tropical getaway for your mouth. It’s sweet and slightly tart, yet downright smooth and refreshing!

A hazy pale ale born out of a love for two different hops. We loaded this beer with over 3 pounds per barrel of Citra and Mosaic hops that’ll hit you with big aromas of citrus, mango and tropical fruit. Mixed Signals is the epitome of getting the best of both hop worlds.

You know our 100th batch of beer had to be a banger. This Belgian Quad packs a smooth and dangerous punch. Up front, you'll taste notes of sweet cherry and black licorice followed up by bourbon character from the barrel where this batch rested for 9 months. Drink slow and savor this one as you'll be limited to 3 pours.

This red IPA is named after our crazy, yet loveable brew dog, Zoomer. It’s brewed with Red X Malt to give it that beautiful red color, along with Citra & Simcoe hops to bring out fresh notes of citrus, pine and dark fruit. Zoomer’s slightly bitter & slightly sweet, but a beer (& pup) you can always count on.

An experimental pale ale dry hopped with Mosaic and Mandarina Bavaria pours a hazy straw color with notes of bright citrus, tangerine, and tropical fruit. This beer starts out soft and juicy then finishes just dry enough to make it totally crushable.

A refreshingly tart ale that is light, crisp and super sessionable. This one was aged on fresh raspberries and juicy blood orange which lends to the vibrant color and flavors of sweet berry and citrus. It’s a thirst quencher that will leave you wanting more!

Hype Dream is the crazy older sister to our Tongue Twister. This experimental batch was brewed with Mosaic and Azacca hops which bring to life some really juicy and tropical flavors. Then we added over a pound per gallon of Blackberry and Lime to kick the sour party up a few notches!

A beautifully hazy milkshake IPA series brewed with loads of oats + milk sugar to lend to an incredibly soft mouthfeel. Each version includes over a pound per gallon of fruit before its conditioned on vanilla beans and other adjuncts. Hops also rotate with each batch to compliment the recipe. No straw required!

A crisp and refreshing lager brewed with beach days in mind. Our take on this south of the border style has grainy sweetness from the use of flaked maize that’s balanced perfectly with the subtle bitterness from Hallertau Tradition hops. It’s hard to remember the days before hazy IPAs. But, we’re bringing you back with the OG style that made us first fall in love with them. Ghosted was brewed with a mountain of Denali + Idaho 7 hops which assertively deliver notes of pineapple, citrus + pine. And here’s the real kicker, it’s clear. Consider yourself ghosted.

A downright smooth and refreshing beach cocktail inspired sour ale. We brewed this one with El Dorado hops, then conditioned it on a wild amount of peach, tangerine, coconut, vanilla bean plus a touch of sea salt. Enjoy this one while at the beach, or at least pretend like you’re there. We won't judge.

Tis’ the season for some summertime sessions. We experimented with Lemondrop hops for the first time, and are digging the unique citrus + lemony notes it brings to the table. It was love at first sniff. You can expect easy drinking from this one. Just don’t be surprised if you crush a whole crowler on your own.

Contains nuts... and lots of them! We loaded this baby up with over 10 pounds of peanut butter to deliciously compliment all of the roasted coffee and dark chocolate porter flavors. A little lactose sweetens the deal and will make this one go down smooth like butta.

Brewed with wheat, oats, lactose and an experimental hop combo of some big hitters - Amarillo, Azacca + Mosaic. We intentionally made the hops the star of the show. So expect juicy citrus and tropical fruit flavors grooving right alongside the refreshing tartness of a kettle sour.

Our take on the classic Czech Pils uses a trifecta of Hallertau Tradition, Saphir + Sterling hops along with a 100% German grain bill to create a clean malt flavor and a crisp floral finish. After the first sip, it’ll be clear you’ve got an extremely easy drinker on your hands.

Staying true to our roots + love of lagers, this one quite literally pays homage to our local watering hole - Lac Qui Parle Lake. Don’t let the beautiful shade of amber fool you, this Vienna lager has a refreshingly light body, gentle roasty malt flavors + a touch of sweetness making it incredibly drinkable. Tell your brother, your sister and your mamma too, clear IPA’s are making a comeback! At least that’s the blab on the pave. Inside you’ll find mouthwatering aromas of citrus, pine and pineapple brought to you by our hop buds - Citra, Simcoe and Sultana. We also dry hopped the bejesus out of this one with the same trifecta. Clear beers… that’s what’s up.
WORD UP
WEST COAST IPA | 7.2% ABV
Just like the name suggests, this one’s got all of the flavor of a Talking Waters hazy IPA packed into a small ABV. Which means you can crush a few and not think twice about it. We used 100% MN grown Julius hops from Mighty Axe to bring out heavy notes of sweet orange, vanilla and peach in this light and refreshing mini powerhouse.

NANO HAZY IPA | 3.8% ABV
Once a year, out of the darkness rises this oak-aged giant. Brace yourself for this intensely-flavored Russian Imperial Stout that assaults your senses with massive body and bold flavor stolen from unsuspecting barrels. Just like the Vikings that bear its name, each vintage is unpredictable and gone before you know what hit you.

There was no adrenaline rush quite like cruising on four not-so-fast wheels down rainbow road. That nostalgia got the best of us while brewing this one. So we added over a pound per gallon of strawberries and black currant to turn this refreshing sour IPA a nearly fluorescent shade of pink. Belma and Citra hops make it a bright, tropical and fun escape to your 90’s kid oasis.
RAINBOW ROAD
SOUR IPA | 7.1% ABV
A dark, rich, full-bodied beer named for one of the owner’s dogs. Silky on the tongue with cream-like sweetness and roasty notes of chocolate and coffee. Bitterness takes a back seat to a pleasantly sweet finish as a result of lactose added during the boil.

As cool, crisp and refreshing as a wintertime snowfall. This Belgian style wheat beer throws out some fun coriander and orange peel flavors.
